KELVIN CHIPILI DECLARED AS KAMFINSA MP WITH 19,489 VOTES.

National Reconciliation Party for Unity and Prosperity’s Kelvin Chipili, has elected as Kamfinsa Member of parliament.
Kamfinsa Constituency Returning Officer Francis Wasamunu, announced Kelvin Chipili polled 19,489 votes followed by UPND’s Subeta Kyambakuka Mutelo, who polled 11,489 votes.
The Returning Officer further announced Kelvin Chipili as the duly elected of Parliament for KamfinsaConstituenc.
