Iranian President Sends Strong Message to Netanyahu
Iran’s president has delivered a sharply worded message to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, drawing a stark contrast between his background as a physician and what he described as Israel’s approach to the conflict.
“I am a doctor whose mission is to save innocent lives unlike you, who seek to end them.”
The Iranian president emphasized his years of experience in cardiac surgery, saying that his professional life had been built around saving lives, stopping bleeding and protecting patients regardless of their background or affiliation.
He portrayed this philosophy as central to his approach to leadership, arguing that the fundamental responsibility of political leaders should be to protect human life, preserve hope and work toward stability.
Addressing Netanyahu directly, he accused the Israeli government of pursuing a policy characterized by bloodshed, destruction and the loss of civilian lives. He argued that such actions do not represent genuine leadership or strategic strength, but instead deepen suffering in pursuit of political objectives.
The Iranian president also invoked history, saying that future generations will judge leaders by their actions rather than their slogans.
“History is merciless; it remembers deeds, not slogans.”
He further accused Israel of undermining the basic means of survival for civilians, describing such actions as a moral and political failure rather than a demonstration of strength.
The remarks reflect the deepening political and ideological confrontation between Tehran and Jerusalem, with both sides continuing to present fundamentally opposing narratives over the conflict, civilian protection and regional security.
