Question: How then did the entire K7.1 Million end up in cash form? Which bank or mobile money platform processed withdrawals amounting to K7.1 Million in two days, and can the transaction records be produced?
2. Brian Mundubile admitted during a BBC Africa interview that only personal protective weapons for his security were found during the raid.
Question: Did any member of his team fire a weapon during the incident? If a weapon was fired, who fired it, at whom, and why?
3. Mr. Brian Mundubile said he was briefly detained and later released.
Question: Who detained him, the Police, the Army, or another security agency? Where was he detained, under whose authority, and why was he released immediately?
4. Where on earth can a law enforcement officer fire a gunshot if there is no threat?
Question: What exactly triggered the reported shooting? If there was no threat, why was a gun fired? And if several suspects were apprehended, why were the others not shot at only one or two people in the equation?
5. Why did Jonas Zimba, a close associate and business partner of Makebi Zulu, allegedly tried to leave Zambia using the assistance of an Immigration officer to Zimbabwe, what is he running away from?
Question: Where was he going, why was he leaving at 01 hours, and what exactly was he trying to escape from?
6. Why have Mr. Mundubile and Makebi Zulu opted to seek protection from the United Nations?
Question: Who exactly are they running away from, the Police, the Army, other security agencies, or President Hakainde Hichilema?
Once they answer these important questions clearly and provide evidence where necessary, then we can move to the next stage of interogating the state.
