Kelsea’s US$9.35m fortune laid bare: Two Lamborghinis, two Bentleys, a Rolls-Royce and 10 Harare properties
Court papers reveal a luxury fleet and a property portfolio stretching across Harare’s wealthiest suburbs
Kelsea Tadiwa Tafirenyika’s extraordinary portfolio of luxury cars and high-value properties has been laid bare in court papers, with assets carrying stated values of at least US$9.35 million.
The list reads like a luxury showroom and a prime-property register combined: two Lamborghinis, two Bentleys, a Rolls-Royce, a Land Rover and a Jaguar, alongside 10 properties in some of Harare’s most exclusive neighbourhoods.
The inventory appears in an Annexure to Form 242 filed in the State’s case against Tafirenyika.
The US$2.6m garage
The document lists nine vehicles, eight of them with stated valuations.
The two Lamborghinis are valued at US$561,000 and US$577,300, while the two Bentleys are each listed at US$380,000.

The vehicles with stated values total US$2,608,750.
The two Lamborghinis alone account for more than US$1.13 million, while the Bentleys together are valued at US$760,000.

The court papers also list 10 properties, concentrated in Harare’s affluent northern suburbs.
They include:

* 8 Gunhill Avenue, Gunhill, Harare — US$450,000
* 17 Churchill Avenue, Mount Pleasant — US$520,000
* 14 Kingsmead Road East, Borrowdale — US$850,000
* 39 Rayl Road, Borrowdale, Harare — US$575,000
* 27 Fisher Avenue, Borrowdale, Harare — US$650,000
Together, the properties carry a stated value of US$6.745 million.
The single most valuable address is 25 Carrick Creagh Road in Borrowdale Brooke, put at US$1.1 million.
It is followed by 14 Kingsmead Road East at US$850,000 and 6 Whitwell Road in Chisipite at US$800,000.
A US$9.35m snapshot
With the property valuations and the vehicles for which values are provided combined, the court document records US$9,353,750 in assets.
And that is before putting a value on the Toyota Land Cruiser.
The inventory, however, is not itself proof of the source of the money used to acquire the assets or of any criminal wrongdoing. The listed values and ownership details remain matters for the court and relevant authorities to establish.
Tafirenyika is facing criminal allegations and remains presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

Borrowdale Brooke is a gated residential area, and this Road is about 3Km away outside of it.
