Heroes Stadium ready for Hichilema’s inauguration — Kangwa
SECRETARY to the Cabinet Patrick Kangwa says the National Heroes Stadium is ready to host President-elect Hakainde Hichilema’s inauguration ceremony scheduled for Tuesday, September 1.
And Kangwa says the inauguration committee, which was constituted 70 days ago, has been chaired by him.
Kangwa said this after touring the stadium to inspect the level of preparedness ahead of Tuesday’s historic ceremony.
He said following the inspection, he was impressed with the work done so far and declared the venue ready to host the inauguration ceremony.
