THE JUDICIARY IS POWERFUL NO OTHER ARM OF GOVERNMENT CAN CONTROL IT SAYS KABESHA
Attorney General Mulilo Kabesha says the Judiciary is a powerful and independent institution that should not be perceived as being controlled by any other arm of government.
Mr. Kabesha says the Judiciary makes independent decisions and remains accountable to the people of Zambia.
Mr. Kabesha said it is unfortunate that most people who find themselves in conflict with the law are politically inclined, often leading to claims that they are being politically targeted.
