SEER 1 ACCUSES MUNDUBILE AND MAKEBI OF POLITICAL PERSECUTION

Controversial preacher Seer 1 has accused opposition figures Brian Mundubile and Makebi Zulu of subjecting him to what he described as severe persecution during their time in government.

In a statement, Seer 1 claimed that he had been arrested more than 67 times in Zambia and eventually detained at Mukobeko Prison, allegedly over his involvement in running a large church.

He further alleged that the intervention of the Nigerian Government, through its Ambassador to Zambia, helped secure his release and prevented what he described as a potentially fatal outcome.

According to Seer 1, he was later deported from Zambia and labelled a “threat to national security,” a designation he claims authorities have never substantiated in court.

Seer 1 also accused Mundubile and Zulu of mistreating him, saying he would never sympathise with either of them over their current circumstances.

He claimed that following pressure from the Nigerian Government, authorities released him and entered a nolle prosequi in the matter.

“I suffered at the hands of these guys,” Seer 1 said.

The allegations remain claims by Seer 1, and the two politicians have not been given an opportunity to respond in the statement.
