HOUTHI ATTACKS WOUND 73 CIVILIANS IN SAUDI ARABIA

The Saudi-led coalition says recent Houthi attacks on the kingdom’s southern provinces have wounded 73 civilians, including women and children.

The attacks targeted civilian and economic sites in Abha, Khamis Mushait, Jazan and Najran.

The coalition has vowed to respond.

But Saudi Arabia has been bombing Yemen for over a decade. Thousands of Yemeni civilians have been killed. Hospitals, schools and businesses infrastructure have been hit.

Now the Houthis are striking back. Saudi Arabia is crying about casualties.

And where was the outrage when the US struck a wedding ceremony in Sirik, Iran, killing four people including a child and wounding 68 others.

If Saudi Arabia wants the attacks to stop, it should lift the blockade on Yemen, end the sanctions, and sit down for real dialogue.

The Houthis have said they are open to negotiations. Saudi Arabia has refused.

Saudi Arabia started this war in 2015. It has bombed Yemeni civilians for years. Now it is shocked that the Houthis are fighting back.
