Jordanian Air Defenses Intercept Iranian Ballistic Missile Barrage
Footage captured the moment Jordanian air-defense systems intercepted a barrage of ballistic missiles launched from Iran, with multiple interceptions lighting up the night sky.

Jordanian authorities said 20 Iranian ballistic missiles were launched toward the kingdom, with air defenses successfully intercepting 18 of them. The remaining two missiles reportedly fell in unpopulated areas.

No injuries were reported following the attack, according to Jordanian authorities. The strike targeted areas including the vicinity of Muwaffaq Salti Air Base near Al Azraq, which hosts U.S. military forces.

The missile interceptions were visible from across the border in Syria’s Daraa province, where residents also witnessed flashes and explosions in the sky.

The attack marks another escalation in the widening confrontation between Iran and U.S.-aligned forces across the Middle East, following a series of direct military exchanges between Washington and Tehran.

The situation remains highly fluid. Details of damage and the effectiveness of individual interceptions may change as authorities continue assessing the attack.
