I WITHDRAW MY SUGGESTION FOR DIALOGUE.
This morning i woke up to this article attributed to the UPND media director Mark Simuwe,who is rubbishing my suggestion for dialogue and my heart has sunk so deeply that i regret ever making this call and i immediately withdraw it and appologise unreservedly to all those who did not agree with my call.
I genuinely believed that for this country to move,there was need to address the post August election misgivings on the round table.The truth is that the August election was the worst form of criminality where UPND without shame manipulated the election results with the help of the Army and ECZ and later aided by the Courts to rape the constitution by preventing a petition through the closure of the courts.
The killing of Hon Kafwaya in cold blood in the bloody name of fighting an imaginary militia is the worst criminality this country has ever witnessed and to cap it off,the arrest of our members on concocted charges of treason is the worst form of fooliness in this centuary where those who stole an election then decide to imprison and kill those from whom they robbed the election.
To see the insolence from the UPND media director over my genuine suggestion for us to sit on the table and address all these misgivings ,my heart is broken that i regret ever making that call and withdraw that forthwith.
I will say this without mincing any words.Mr HH needs that dialogue more that President Mundubile for him to be able to govern this country and you will remember this word.Failure to release those unjustly treated and failure to stop the crackdown on the oposition supporters,the UPND will struggle to rule this country because of the levels of frustrations,dissapointments and anger among the general public who witnessed first hand the impunity with which the UPND manipulated the August election.
like i did promise,i did reach out to Mr HH that he calls for dialogue but if this statement by his media director is how he looks at this issue then am done and out and i can only wish him all the best.

When people are about to go, they first become mad.
There is no “reconciliation” possible for anyone who uses the death of Kafwaya to play victim.
An army officer was critically injured in the exchange of fire at the Kabulonga house. Government is not foolish by not highlighting the critical piece of information that will come out in the treason court case. The wounded soldier indicates a very different narrative. Casualty of war. Not victim.
If you bear arms against a democratically elected government (treason), that government will respond in kind.
Government should hunt down this syndicate of career criminals.
This is the more reason the treason case must go to trial. If the state has no solid grounds for the charge it will be obvious and if it has a valid case we, the citizens of Zambia have a right to know exactly what transpired, especially that a life was lost.
It seems like in Zambia we want to reward rabble rousers. Mr. Mpundu wants a seat at the high table by creating conditions for supposedly dialogue after whipping up the emotions of his supporters.
Of course the closure of the courts coming on the heels of a pending election petition can be perceived as an act meant to frustrate justice. It is difficult to justify the action. The reason of security cited begs the quetion why this threat involved the courts only and on the last day for submission of the petition.
