Opposition President Enock Roosevelt Tonga is out of detention after over a month at Kabwata Police cells. He was Detained at Mulungushi Conference Center when as an Opposition NRPUP Election observer he QUERIED Electoral Commission of Zambian ECZ over unverified results. He was assaulted by UPND Carders on camera. The Lusaka High Court ordered against the unjustified prolonged detention by the State.
