BREAKING: ZIMBABWE SNATCH SAMIAH PHIRI FROM ZAMBIA

we have officially called up Samiah Phiri to their provisional squad for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics qualifiers.
Phiri, who was a Copper Queens player, albeit temporarily, will represent her father’s country, Zimbabwe.
Her father is Zimbabwean but is said to have Zambian roots. However, there was no documentation to prove it and contact was lost with his Zambian relatives.
Samiah Phiri was raised in the United States and most recently played for TEGG Feminin in the French women’s second tier before becoming a free agent.
