Macron Says Russia Could Be Preparing for a New 300,000-Troop Mobilization
French President Emmanuel Macron has said Russia could potentially prepare to mobilize around 300,000 additional personnel, describing the scenario as credible based on information shared by European and U.S. intelligence services and Ukraine.
Macron did not say that Russia has already ordered such a mobilization. Instead, he presented it as a possible scenario that Western and Ukrainian assessments are reportedly monitoring.
