Trump’s administration is threatening Europe with “DEVASTATING” retaliation if European countries move to reduce their dependence on Elon Musk’s Starlink.

Yes, you read that correctly.

According to the Financial Times, Trump’s ambassador to the European Union, Andrew Puzder, is warning of severe consequences if European officials move forward with plans that could restrict Musk’s SpaceX from parts of the European market.

Meanwhile, Europe is developing its own satellite communications systems, and Ukraine is pushing for alternatives to Starlink as trust in Washington continues to deteriorate.

So now the United States government is threatening our own allies for daring to seek alternatives to a private company owned by Trump’s billionaire buddy?

Whatever happened to the “free market”?

Instead of standing up to Putin and strengthening our alliances, Trump is using American power to protect Elon Musk’s business interests.

And in the process, he’s giving Europe yet another reason to stop depending on the United States.
