BREAKING: Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff just sat down with Vladimir Putin and called him “a humanitarian.” It’s no wonder people around the world are furious.

A humanitarian.
On Wednesday, Witkoff met face to face with Putin in St. Petersburg. In a clip posted by Russian state media, Witkoff told Putin that he talks so much about Trump being a humanitarian, then added: “You are a humanitarian also, sir, and I salute that.”
He went on to commend Putin and thank him.
Now look at what this “humanitarian” has actually done.
The International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Putin in 2023 over the forced transfer of Ukrainian children to Russia.
His war on Ukraine killed 328 civilians in September alone, according to the United Nations.
And the very night before Witkoff’s visit, Russian strikes on Kyiv and Kharkiv killed three more people, as Putin’s forces keep pounding Ukraine’s energy grid heading into winter.
Think about that.
This comes after Trump froze Russia sanctions, cut a diesel deal with Putin, and said Russia has been “fine” on Ukraine. Now his top envoy is standing in Russia, saluting a man wanted for war crimes against children.
Putin isn’t a humanitarian. He’s a war criminal. And America’s envoy should never be the one saluting him.- really American
