CHANDA NABBED 30.3 GRAMMES OF CANNABIS

Rapper EDWARD CHANDA has been arrested in Lusaka for allegedly trafficking 30.3 grammes of dry cannabis.
Drug Enforcement Commission –DEC- Public Relations Officer ALLAN TAMBA says the 28-year-old musician, popularly known by his stage name CHANDA, is a resident of Meanwood in Lusaka.
Mr. TAMBA says the arrest is part of a series of intelligence-led operations targeting drug trafficking networks in Lusaka, Muchinga and Southern Provinces.
He says the operations have resulted in the arrest of several individuals and the seizure of significant quantities of drugs.
