Starlink Unlocked as Ukraine Regains Its Eyes Over the Battlefield
Ukraine has regained normal operating speeds on Starlink and Starshield after more than a week of restrictions that disrupted military drone operations and frontline communications.
Ukraine’s Defence Ministry confirmed that satellite connectivity is now stable at speeds exceeding 400 km/h, restoring a critical link for drone operations, battlefield logistics and efforts to intercept Russia’s jet-powered attack drones.
The recovery marks a major boost for Ukraine’s battlefield capabilities, although questions remain over the restrictions and who was responsible for imposing them.
