LUSAKA HIGH COURT ORDERS STATE TO PRESENT BRIAN MUNDUBILE AND 17 OTHERS IN COURT
The Lusaka High Court has ordered the State to present Brian Mundubile and 17 others before the court tomorrow.
According to a court update published by News Diggers, the court directed that the individuals be brought before it, warning that failure to do so would require the officer in charge of the prison to appear in court and explain their absence.
The order places responsibility on the relevant authorities to ensure that the 18 individuals are presented before the court as directed.
