TUCKER CARLSON CLAIMS NETANYAHU WANTS TRUMP TO CONSIDER A “HIROSHIMA-STYLE” NUCLEAR STRIKE AGAINST IRAN
American conservative commentator Tucker Carlson has reportedly revealed claims that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wants U.S. President Donald Trump to consider an extreme military option against Iran, potentially involving nuclear weapons.
According to information Carlson says he received from U.S. officials, Netanyahu is opposed to a conventional strike against Iran’s nuclear facilities, particularly the Pickaxe Mountain underground complex, because Israeli assessments allegedly suggest that conventional bombs would struggle to penetrate its heavily reinforced granite formations.
The claims suggest that Netanyahu may be pushing for a much more destructive option, raising concerns about the possibility of a nuclear attack on Iranian territory.
Such an attack could have catastrophic consequences, including radioactive contamination, environmental destruction and potential threats to water supplies across parts of the region.
However, the allegations have not been independently verified, and there is no confirmed evidence that Trump has been asked to authorize a nuclear strike.
Would Trump ever consider crossing the nuclear threshold in a confrontation with Iran?
