FIRE AND ARREST DBZ BOSS NOW!
Development Bank of Zambia Managing Director Dr Samuel Bwalya used over K1 Million bank funds, money owned by the people of Zambia to pay school fees for his children at expensive universities abroad and private schools locally.
His employment contract does not provide for this, so this is pure theft of public funds.
Moreover this guy has a monthly salary of K121,000 per month but he goes on to steal public funds.
What kind of greed and selfishness is this!
Development Bank of Zambia is supposed to be providing cheap loans to local Zambian SME’s but under the PF it was used as a cash cow for ministers, their friends and connected people.
This man must be fired and arrested without delay, he should not stay a day longer in this position.
