IRAN TELLS TRUMP: WE’RE NOT NEGOTIATING — WE’RE JUST PASSING MESSAGES

Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has dropped a bombshell — and Africa needs to pay close attention.

Speaking to Al Jazeera, Araghchi confirmed that Iran IS receiving messages from U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff  both directly and through regional allies  but made it crystal clear: THIS IS NOT NEGOTIATION.

“I receive messages from Witkoff directly, and this does not mean that we are in negotiations,” Araghchi said plainly.

Meanwhile, U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth told reporters that Washington is prepared to keep “negotiating with bombs” — meaning Trump’s America is using military strikes as a bargaining chip while Iran refuses to sit at the table

Iran has also rejected the United States’ reported 15-point peace plan WITHOUT even submitting a response. Araghchi confirmed Tehran has not replied to it, contradicting earlier reports from Iranian media.

And Iran’s demands are non-negotiable:
➡️ Full guarantees that attacks will not happen again

➡️ Compensation for all war damages

➡️ A COMPLETE end to the war — not a temporary ceasefire
Africa must understand what is happening here.

This war is not just a Middle East crisis  it is a global economic storm already battering African nations through oil prices, shipping disruptions, and supply chain collapse.

The Strait of Hormuz remains closed to ships linked to Iran’s enemies. The ripple effects are hitting African ports, African fuel prices, and African trade routes RIGHT NOW.

While Trump threatens to destroy Iran’s oil infrastructure if no deal is reached, the African continent watches and absorbs the damage of a war it did not start and was never consulted about.
