Lusaka High Court has granted a restraining order in favour of Pastor Peter Chanda.
The order restricts Daniel Nyati and others to stop masquerading as leaders of the National Congress Party (NCP).
The court order also restrains Nyati and others NOT to give effect to purported resolutions made on their meeting held on 30th January 2026.
Nyati and others purported to remove Chanda as President of the NCP and made fraudulent changes at the Registrar of Societies.
