26-YEAR-OLD Juliet Mulenga was the driver of the Toyota Mark-X that last night left herself and two other passengers dead in a road traffic accident in Kafue.
Police say Mulenga was improperly overtaking when she hit into a Toyota Corolla before losing control and crashing head-on into an oncoming Toyota Hilux.
Police Assistant Spokesman Timothy Malumo says the occupants of the Toyota Hilux escaped with minor injuries, while the driver of the Toyota Corolla escaped unhurt.
The two passengers who died alongside Mulenga have been identified as 30-year-old Chipo Sikanwe and 23-year-old Kasone Sakahande.
The three were pronounced dead upon arrival at Kafue District General Hospital.
