60 DAYS ULTIMATUM IS AIMED AT DEREGISTERING THE PF – MWAMBA

THE 60 days ultimatum given to all opposition political parties to hold conventions is aimed at deregistering the main opposition party the PF.
Party information chairperson Emmanuel Mwamba has disclosed the scheme was planned as way back as April, when the Chief Registrar of Societies Thandiwe Mhende warned that the PF would be deregistered.
Mwamba who is among the PF presidential hopefuls says what was worrying by the conduct is the use of institutions of governance to fight political battles.
“On 25th April, 2023, the Registrar of Societies wrote to the PF warning that the party will be deregistered for failure to comply with an earlier order issued on 21st March, 2023 to avail a full and complete list of the office bearers. Chief Registrar of Societies, Thandiwe Mhende, claimed that the PF had only submitted 3 office bearers instead of 10 as required by the law,” he said.
He said that particular statement was just a political mischief as the party had submitted a full list of names of office bearers as approved by the conference that took place in 2021 ahead of the elections.
And Mwamba has announced that the PF will this weekend hold its extra ordinally Central Committee meeting at which various issues will be discussed and among them the holding of the constitutional conference.
Meanwhile, Mwamba has also revealed that the appointment of Mwangala Zaloumis and Mcdonald Chipenzi as commissioner and chairperson for the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has compromised the institution as both were UPND members.
He said Mwangala and Chipenzi were known UPND cadres whose impartiality is compromised.
“Further the appointment of Hon Maria Kawimbe to the ECZ advisory committee on election management is a matter of concern. We are also not pleased with the transparency and publicity awareness surrounding the continuous voter registration exercise that started in June, 2022,” he said.
Further, Mwamba revealed that the party has received numerous information that the UPND government is conducting a secret NRC issuance in the UPND stronghold.
This is utter nonsense from the PF Chief Tribalist Mwamba himself. The PF has simply failed to choose new leaders after losing the 2021 elections.
Whatever, this idyot is saying doesn’t matter any more. There is no reason for failing to choose a leader after 3 years in opposition. In fact they still have 2 months to do so – what more do they want? Leaving a vacancy for too long have even brought dead horses like Edgar Lungu to think he can try 3rd term run yet again.
Are the PF thieves like Mwamba taking us for fools?. All this is because the UPND Govt is too weak to enforce the laws in the country. Govt officials need to account for not enforcing laws and Thandiwe Mhende is just doing that.
Equally, he should declare his assets in 60 days.
Let everyone do the right thing for once.
Idyots looking for excuses isn’t it? HH made the declaration of assets before registering as a Presidential Candidate and will do so when and if he decides to run again in 2026!
He is not required to do so everytime when a PF cadre gets diarrhea and messes himself up!!

Why do the PF take personal anything directed concerning rules and regulations. Let every party hold a convention without crying foul or poor me. Just comply. Those complaining are the ones that hoped ECL would just impose them on the party as president.
PF made the bed. Let them lie in it. They were told by sober heads that it was an unnecessary law but they insisted on having their way.
Does PF have strongholds anymore ?
PF are so used to having their way using illegalities. They cry foul every time they are requested to follow the rules. May PF be deregistered please if they FAIL to hold their convention, no pampering them to soothe their egos.
After the PF PARTY killed President Sata by NOT taking him to hospital in time and when he was taken was too weak and PF demanded immediately operation, but the Doctors recommended to put him on drip first. The faithful PF members refused and decided to fly him to London when the wife was sent to India. ha what a political party faithful members!
