UPND has been rigging elections, especially in their strongholds, from the time they were in opposition, now that they are in power, they have taken it at a larger scale.
Honestly, how can you expect UPND cadres, like Ms. Zalomis and my good friend Chipenzi, who fought so hard to bring UPND into power to change overnight and be impartial in conducting elections?

The UPND ECZ of Mwangala Zaloumis and Mac Donald Chipenzi is no match for an Organised citizenry..
Strategies, bravery and resolve cannot be defeated by the squad of Malcontents in ECZ.
The starting point is the realization that we have very few credible Civil society Organizations…Many have been dismembered by Hakainde.
People from academia have also gone to sleep…the noisy ones were just tribal zealots with a tribal agenda…to have their own as President.
The Church has been divided by Tribal zealots…there are tribal goal keepers in the church, the Kazhila type whose role is to maintain the status quo of the Mingalatoon whatsoever.
The remaining bastion of independence in the church is just the Catholic Church, and the Mingalatoon is working hard to divide the Council of Catholic Bishops…
The Executive, Legislature and Judiciary are in the pocket of the Mingalatoon.
Once you realize the situation Hakainde’s Zambia is in, then you can devise strategies to defeat this seemingly hopeless situation.
Hakainde knows that Mmembe is not strong on the ground.. Mmembe will be losing all bye Elections he is participating in..and will lose in 2026. The Socialist party has failed to capitalize on the absence of PF on the ballot.
Just three things are key – A strong Elections Monitoring body ,a PF revival , and actualization of the UKA .
The PF needs to go for the convention…let all those with claims to the Presidency go for the convention… Invite international Organizations to be part of this process from the beginning..SADC , African Union or the European Union intra-party democracy units.
Use a Catholic alligned organization such as Caritas, or the OASIS Forum to handle the PF elections… Hakainde will try to prevent this through various arms of government …but he can’t win against Caritas or the Oasis Forum..and when the eyes of the international community are on him.
The time is now to get the act together.. Hakainde’s Mingalatos are very mediocre, poor, useless and can easily be defeated by organization and strategy.
Essay Chulu was worse,Tayali grow up and be sober minded ~ how are you attacking madam Mwangala and her team when they haven’t even done any election malpractice. Do you remember how your cousin created polling places that didn’t exist and announced results , you kept mute and today you want to stand on an ant hill and start throwing mad at innocent people. Present your case outside the country. Invite organizations like the Nordic countries Intra – party democracy organizations, the Carter centre, to be witnesses to your intra – party democracy.
Ba Tayali, it’s not about sitting in a hotel room and doing tu ma posts here and there. The threat Zambia faces under Hakainde is the destruction of our Multi Party democracy we fought for in 1991..It is the destruction of the soul of our third republic. The threat is real.
There are Unemployed Lawyers ( Ziale qualified) walking the streets… Strong and principled.
Cyber security and IT personnel..
Co-opt them into a strong Elections Monitoring body spread across the whole country.
And let this body be affiliated to international associations.
Let every step of Mwangala Zaloumis’s ECZ be under microscope..
