CHALLENGE AND DENOUNCE HICHILEMA WHEN HE TELLS LIES – CATHOLIC CHURCH
CATHOLIC church of Zambia has urged all Zambians to speak out whenever President Hakainde Hichilema makes false statements.
During his Sunday homily, Fr Kabuswe said citizens should denounce any leader who tells “lies,” referring to claims that people from Southern Province were beaten at Lusaka’s Intercity Bus Terminus for supporting the ruling UPND.
He also called on the Electoral Commission of Zambia to conduct its work fairly and patriotically, saying public confidence in the institution depends on its impartiality.
Fr Kabuswe warned that political leaders should not attempt to manipulate the will of the people, cautioning that such actions could destabilize the country. He further expressed concern that some media houses had become compromised and were failing to report the truth during the ongoing election campaign period.

The headline is grossly misleading.
Why this is directed at the incumbent President beats me.
Especially the clergy. They must be challenged and denounced when they are corrupted by politicians. An elder must be above reproach, not a lover of money, according to 1 Tim. 3:2,3.
This priest should have been outside Zambia when PF ruled this country or it could be he was one of the priests that benefited from PF. If you’re able to follow comments from your story ba priest, I want remind you that just putting on anything red attracted a beating. If you say HH is lying because of your hate for him it’s you instead lying to your people using a pulpit to cover the wrongs of PF .What a blesphemy ?
