Fellow Citizens,
Earlier today, together with my running mate, Hon. Makebi Zulu, and other members of the Tonse-Pamodzi Alliance, we had the honour of paying a courtesy call on His Grace, Most Rev. Dr. Alick Banda, Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Lusaka.
We are sincerely grateful to His Grace for receiving us and for the blessings, wisdom and counsel he shared with us ahead of the general elections next week.
May God continue to bless His Grace and bless our great nation, Zambia.

The Bishop has never hidden his political inclination from PF to the Tonse group. One thing he must know is that the Catholic church is made up of people with different political inclination. His action are already dividing the very church he is leading, his personal choice of support must not be made to believe that everyone in the church will support him
They are getting a blessing from a disgraced bishop. But HH will be sworn in as President by the honourable Chief Justice and everybody shall then,go home.
That blessing means nothing, you will still get below 20% of votes.
Tonse alliance is a composition of the northerners and the easterners
