In a riveting, no-holds-barred interview, Mutubila sits down with Ambassador Anthony Mukwita—the brilliant mind behind the best-selling autobiography of Zambia’s sixth President, Edgar Chagwa Lungu.

Stepping back into the spotlight, Ambassador Mukwita unpacks his latest mission: chronicling the spectacular, unstoppable ascent of Hon. Brian Mundubile, a leading Presidential Aspirant whose life story reads like a blueprint for national transformation.
This wasn’t just a television interview; it was a dazzling, intellectual fireworks display.

As a published author skilled at dissecting political titans, Ambassador Mukwita broke down the multi-dimensional force that is Brian Mundubile. He is not just a politician; he is a powerhouse.

  1. Nice try, but we don’t need to be told lies about Mundubile from a 3rd party who is a beneficiary of scraps that fall off Mundubile’s table.

Mundubile has serious questions regarding his acquisition of over 1.5 billion kwacha in road contracts. This matter is with ACC and he should have waited to be cleared before considering public office.

That BBC interview further exposed how clueless Mundubile is about the impact of the international community’s view of our leadership. It further revealed that Mundubile clearly has no executable plan to better the lives of citizens. He is just coming back to stay out of jail. And steal some more.

Zambia can not afford to experiment with visionless leadership like we did with ECL.

  2. How is it possible for a drunkard to aither a “masterpiece” of a biography.
Mundubile dropped out of an engineering program at UNZA to start ACCA by correspondence before finishing at ZCAS.He then became a small time general pharmacist before going to hoodwink his villagers in Mporokoso to become MP.In government,he became a entrepreneur,a crime for which he will be prosecuted after loosing the elections next week

  3. Mr. Mundubile is of questionable character. There is the issue of the road contracts as presented by no other than his ally Mr. Chishimba Kambwili in his lively telephone interaction with Mr. Kashishi. The audio recording is there.

Then there is his association with the infamous Ms. Faith Musonda, the lady who was found with properties she could not account for in addition to K65milliion and USD58,000 cash which she ultimately forfeited to the state after PF lost power in 2021. In the media, she was described as Mr. Mundubile’s business partner.

His promises amount to nothing. He has promised to spend and spend and spend (30% salary increase for civil servants, free uniforms and books for learners, fuel subsidies, K1200 for every eligible Zambian, increased meal allowances, K500 FRA purchase price for 50Kg bag of maize, cancelling student loans, free access for illegal miners, etc).

In all these promises, he has failed to provide a blue print on how he will generate the revenue to be so generous. Unless of course he is planning to borrow heavily to finance his unrealistic promises.

Mr. Mundubile is a fraud. He is a danger to our country. He will take us back to being heavily indebted like Mr. Lungu did.
