MWANZA SAYS HH EXECUTED WINNING FORMULA PERFECTLY
OPPOSITION Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) President Antonio Mourinho Mwanza says President Hakainde Hichilema’s electoral victory was a result of effective strategy, mathematics and strong voter turnout.
Mwanza said the analysis conducted before the election had correctly identified the key factors that would determine the outcome.
He said the winning formula involved maximising voter turnout in strongholds, securing decisive victories in those areas, limiting losses in weaker areas and remaining highly competitive in Lusaka and Copperbelt Provinces.
According to Mwanza, President Hichilema successfully executed all four strategies and performed beyond expectations.
“Our analysis was 100% correct,” Mwanza said.
He said the election demonstrated that political victories were determined by strategic planning and voter mobilisation rather than political noise.
“Elections are won by mathematics, strategy and turnout – not noise,” Mwanza said.
Mwanza congratulated President Hichilema on the election victory, saying the outcome demonstrated the effectiveness of the strategy employed during the campaign.
