Archbishop Banda’s case fails to take-off again
The case in which Archbishop Alick Banda is charged with being in possession of a Toyota Hilux suspected to have been unlawfully obtained has been adjourned to Wednesday, 25th November 2026.
The prosecution team led by the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) is expected to respond to the application filed by the defence, with the defence expected to make its subsequent response by 18th November 2026.
