ARREST MUNDUBILE ON SABOTAGE CHARGES, TAYALI DEMANDS.
Economic and Equity Party leader Chilufya Tayali says Brian Mundubile must be arrested on sabotage charges.
Two days ago, Mundubile told farmers not to sell their maize to the Food Reserve Agency (FRA), but to wait for him to form government so he could buy a 50kg bag of white maize at K500.
However, Mr. Tayali says the attempt to stop farmers from selling maize to the government through the FRA amounts to sabotage.
Mr. Tayali says the Zambian Government has the mandate to secure food for the country, and any effort to stop farmers from supplying maize is an act of sabotage.
He says Mundubile has shown that he is not a patriotic Zambian and must be punished according to the law.
“How can someone who wants to be President of this country sabotage a process that guarantees national food security? Telling farmers not to supply maize is pure sabotage, and Mundubile must be arrested,” he said.
And Tayali says he is the one who made both Mundubile and Makebi Zulu well known in Zambia.
“Makebi Zulu became known because Edgar Chagwa Lungu used to send him to me to act as my lawyer. I’m well known and popular, so Makebi Zulu used that to his advantage. As for Brian Mundubile, it was me who first said he should become President while Edgar Chagwa Lungu was still alive. So, I made these two,” he said.

Mr. Chilufya Tayali should be arrested and jailed for jumping bail. This is a criminal offence. If he is back in Zambia, he must be taken to court for all the cases he was facing before he jumped bail, one of which was sedition.
Now he is asking for an innocent man to be arrested. What kind of justice sysrem is this?
Mr. Chilufya Tayali should be in prison, not moving around with a megaphone making all sorts of noise.

There was no case on which to base your case of jailing Mr. Chilufya Tayali.
No arrests at this time. Let the man lose cleanly. It should sink in him that he is not presidential material and will never be president.

If you are a real politician or political analyst, then it should dawn on you that the term of office for UPND is coming to an end on 13th August. But because you are so shameless, you are not bothered because as soon as UPND loses power you will try and switch to NRPUP.
