Aspiring Nkeyema Independent Member of Parliament Austin LIATO has not been successful in filling in his nomination papers due failure of providing asserts and Liabilities form.
The Returning officer Abraham Chimbala has since requested the Aspiring candidate to produce an asserts declaration form for him to proceed with the process.
