BENE MUKUNI ROYAL DYNASTY IS AN ILLEGAL ORGANIZATION… PLEASE DISMISS CHIEF MUKUNI’s APPETITE TO BECOME A PARAMOUNT CHIEF… CHITIMUKULU
In a brewing traditional royal war, Paramount Chief Chitimukulu has submitted that; The BENE MUKUNI ROYAL DYNASTY is an Illegal and illegitimate or fake organization headed by former MP Jonas Shakafuswa on behalf of Chief Mukuni of the Leya people despite him not being Leya but Lenje.
This is in a case where, CHIEF MUKUNI of Kazungula petitioned the Constitutional Court of Zambia to elevate him to status of Paramount Chief despite not having any history of leading any kingdom prior to Independence.
The BEMBA ROYAL ESTABLISHMENT did a simple background check at PACRA and Registrar of societies of Zambia to check if the BENE MUKUNI ROYAL DYNASTY was a registered organization but found that, the said organization is not a registered entity, and that makes it a kindergarten Illegal entity.
As an Illegal entity, the BENE MUKUNI ROYAL DYNASTY cannot petition the constitutional Court using an Illegal non registered organization to spearhead Chief Mukuni’s insatiable appetite for power using the back door just because the head of state is his friend.
The Litunga King of Barotseland, the Chitimukulu of the Bemba people, and Gawa Undi of the Chewa people were joined to the case by the constitutional Court.
