BORIS CHANSA PETITIONS CHINGOLA WEST ELECTION RESULT
NRPUP Chingola West losing parliamentary candidate Boris Chansa has petitioned the outcome of the parliamentary election in the Kitwe High Court.
UPND Chingola West candidate Chipoka Mulenga won the seat with 9,995 votes, while Mr. Chansa came second with 9,944 votes.
Speaking after filing his petition in Kitwe today, Mr. Chansa said he had decided to challenge the election outcome due to alleged electoral irregularities experienced during the election.
