South Africa-based Prophet Monday Alfred, founder and leader of Victorious Chapel of God, says a major political change is coming to Zambia “by force.”
The clergyman says a new generation of young leaders will take over the country, bringing changes that will surprise many people.
Prophet Monday Alfred describes NRPUP leaders Brian Mundubile and Makebi Zulu as part of the young generation he believes is set to take over the country’s leadership.
“In Zambia, there will be change. The change coming will be by force. Those in government who don’t want to leave now will leave. New blood and young people are taking over the country in Zambia by force,” he predicted.
“God says he wants young ones to take over. The Young ones will win the General Elections ” he said.
Several clergymen have publicly shared predictions regarding the outcome of the 2026 General Election.
Some have said President Hakainde Hichilema will secure a landslide victory, while others believe Brian Mundubile will emerge as the winner.
These differing prophecies have sparked debate within the Christian community, with church leaders expressing contrasting views on the outcome of elections in Zambia and other countries.

Everyone has the right to share their opinions and even make predictions. However, we should be careful not to confuse personal convictions, emotions, or interpretations with messages that are definitively from God Almighty. Discernment is important, especially when someone claims to speak on God’s behalf.
At the same time, South Africa continues to face many serious challenges that affect millions of people. It is fair to ask why more prophetic attention is not directed toward the issues confronting that nation. Perhaps this is a question that deserves thoughtful reflection rather than quick conclusions.
Respectful dialogue and careful discernment will always serve us better than sensational claims.
I do not understand why the most powerful, the most able who’s capable of doing anything choosed to speak through imperfect agents instead of doing it direct to all people at the same time. In Africa, too many people are paying attention to so-called prophets who are just cheap conmen, and only of late, women too.
Very useless prophecy which fails before it even happens. If someone can win by force, what is the need of holding elections then?
