CHELSTONE WOMAN SEEKS DIVORCE, ACCUSES HUSBAND OF AFFAIR WITH BEST FRIEND
A Chelstone woman has asked the court to dissolve her marriage, alleging that her husband was having an affair with her best friend.
Gift Chilu, 35, told the court that her husband, Nawa Naluba, 44, a businessman from Ranchdale, Obama, allegedly kissed her best friend in her presence and was later found with the same woman at a lodge.
In his defence, Naluba reportedly blamed Chilu’s close friendship with her best friend, saying he had warned her several times and even moved homes to prevent the two from meeting.
Chilu told Magistrate Charity Milambo that she married Naluba in 2010 and later divorced him before the couple reconciled.
