CHINSALI MAYOR DITCHES PF, JOINS UPND
Chinsali mayor, Lucy Mukuka JM has ditched the PF and joined UPND.
In a video attached, she said her decision to endorse HH and the ruling UPND came as result of the failure by former government of PF led by Edgar Chagwa Lungu to delimit Chinsali into 2 constituences which the UPND has managed after passing bill 7.
