Communications Tower Damaged in Sirik During U.S. Strikes
Footage from Sirik in southern Iran shows a communications tower severely damaged following the latest U.S. strikes in the area.
Iranian media also reported damage to nearby residential areas as the strikes targeted sites along Iran’s southern coast.
The U.S. military said its latest operation targeted Iranian military capabilities, including air-defense systems, radar, maritime assets, communications facilities and mine-laying capabilities.
The reported damage comes amid renewed tensions between Washington and Tehran following a new exchange of military actions around the Strait of Hormuz.
