Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) remains harmful to Children and Adolescents.
I am ready to debate with anyone on CSE and SRH&R

Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) remains harmful to Children and Adolescents.
….Last time in 2020, Hon. Inonge Wina announced in Parliament that Government had halted the country-wide roll-out of the CSE material to schools until the Church, parents and other stakeholders had agreed on the content…..
The Catholic Church runs a huge number of schools in the country. After receiving the books and teaching manuals, the Church have rejected the books as they are not appropriate and may injure Zambia’s culture, tradional and religious values and standing.
The Catholic Bishops issued a statement of concern around this programme.
Comprehensive Sexuality Education remains harmful to children and adolescents. It’s a rights-based type of sexual education.
It is different from the type of sex education you got under biology classes.
It teaches that children’s right to sex, right to contraceptives, choice of partners and awereness about different gender identities cannot be interfered with even by parents and guardians.
It is for this reason that CSE is implemented at the same time with Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRH&R). The two programmes are promoted as twin projects and receive similar funding.
The SRH&R programme is also promoted as a human right and that children and adolescents should have access to condoms, safe abortions and post-abortion-care services among other reproductive health services.
“Youth-friendly clinics” are therefore set up by American NGOs and main Government hospitals for these purposes.
Infact, the two programmes are implemented by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health and receive generous funding from cooperating nordic countries, UN Agencies such as UNFPA and others that promote the two projects at International level.
The foundation of these two programme is to make the LGBTQ Agenda acceptable world-wide and encourages sex, reproductive health services ( contraceptives and abortions) and choice of sex as a matter of children’s or adolescents’ human rights.
Because it is a rights based sex education, it excludes consent of parents and guardians and teaches adolescents that they can have sex, can be on contraceptives, can obtain abortions and post-abortion services without the consent of their parents.
It is a type of education instruction method based on-curriculum that aims to give students the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and values to make choices in their sexual lives.
Parents in USA, UK and in many countries are fighting hard against these two programmes targeting children and adolescents.
Authorities will argue that the sex education is age-appropriate, and has taken into account our laws, traditions and culture and religious concerns…that’s a blue lie and I can demonstrate!
Last time in 2020, Hon. Inonge Wina announced in Parliament that Government had halted the country-wide roll-out of the CSE material to schools until the Church, parents and other stakeholders agreed on the content.
This government has proceeded to roll-out the offensive material without this consesus.
Please note that there are other healthy types sex education and reproductive health programmes but cooperating partners won’t fund them as they don’t promote foreign values such as the numerous types of families, numerous gender identities and promotion of contraceptives and abortions….matters they are pushing on our children and adolescents.
I challenge anyone to come with the teaching material and manuals, and the CSE books for a debate on why parents must be wary of this programme.
