CON-COURT DISMISSES LUSAMBO’S ELECTION PETITION
The Constitutional Court has dismissed a petition where former Kabushi Member of Parliament Bowman Lusambo challenged the election of United Party for National Development (UPND) Bernard Kanengo in the October 21, 2022 Kabushi By Election stating that it should be declared null and void.
