ECZ should disqualify UPND after adoption confusion – ActionAid
ACTIONAID Country Director Faides Tembatemba says the Electoral Commission of Zambia —ECZ should have disqualified the UPND from participating in the upcoming elections following the confusion in the adoption process.
Tembatemba adds that the amended Electoral Process Act gives the ECZ power to suspend or disqualify a political party or candidate, News Diggers reports.
