FACKSON SHAMENDA SAYS MUNDUBILE MIGHT DEVELOP BP WHEN RESULTS TRICKLE IN.
Former Patriotic Front (PF) Labour Minister Fackson Shamenda has delivered a blunt message to Toonse Pamodzi Alliance presidential candidate Brian Mundubile, urging him to withdraw from the presidential race before what he predicts will be a heavy electoral defeat.
Shamenda said that, after decades in politics, he has learned to read the mood of the electorate and believes incumbent President Hakainde Hichilema is firmly on course for re-election with a commanding margin in the August 13, 2026 General Election.
The 76 year old veteran politician pointed to President Hichilema’s demanding campaign schedule as evidence of the ruling party’s momentum, saying no previous sitting president had managed to address as many as five campaign rallies in a single day.
“I have been in politics for many years, and I know what a winning campaign looks like. President Hakainde Hichilema is not joking. A sitting President holding five rallies in one day tells you everything you need to know about this election,” Shamenda said.
He said the real issue is not who will win the presidency but whether Mundubile should remain in the race despite what he described as slim chances of victory.
“We already know who I believe will win. My concern is Brian Mundubile. I don’t think he is being given the correct picture of his chances. If I were in his position, I would step aside instead of risking a humiliating defeat. The shock of the results could even give him high blood pressure,” he said.

We all know that he will LOOSE like hell.
The interesting thing is that he knows that the REASON HE IS NOT SPENDING MYVH even in poster making
Mundubile has NO POSTER THE WHOLE OF LUSAKA JUST IMAGINE.
Mr. Mundubile has already said that he will not acnacept the result if he loses. For him, there is only one outcome, he wins or the election is not free and fair.
The problem is, Tonse Pamodzi alliance believe their own lies.
Mundubile will do well in 2031 against Makebi Zulu, Harry Kalaba and Mmembe.
True, he will be far ahead Makebi Zulu, Harry Kalaba and M’membe, but our Nalumango will far ahead of them all. By 2036 Mundubile will have been wornout and age will have caught up with him.
