PRESS STATEMENT: FROM THE DARK WALLS OF MUKOBEKO – A CALL FOR UNITY, RECONCILIATION AND RELEASE OF OUR BROTHERS
Greetings, fellow Zambians,
Today, I took time to visit President Brian Mundubile, Hon. Makebi Zulu, and 16 others. They are sending their greetings to all Zambians of goodwill.
I am glad to let you know that our brothers are doing well and are in high spirits. I shared the Word of God with them and the message of love from the citizens. They were happy to hear that you are praying for them. They emphasized the need for unity and peace in the country.
They told me that they have never been on a hunger strike, as twisted by others. All they think about is a united Zambia. Munduzi said something that touched me: “I am here for the sake of Zambia.”
I want to ask President Hakainde Hichilema, for the sake of Zambia, what will you do to unite the country? I know there are many voices speaking and saying different things, but I urge you, Mr. President, to listen and follow the voice of unity and reconciliation.
Proverbs 10:12 says, “Hatred stirs up conflicts, but love covers all wrongs.”
Choose love, Mr. President. Release our brothers. Let there be reconciliation so that together we can begin to work towards the Grow Zambia agenda. It requires everyone’s participation.
May God lead us into reconciliation. May God bless Zambia.

This is a false and very misleading narrative and appeal. The author thinks that by quoting scripture he is actually making a valid case.
Be informed Mr Ackim Anthony Njobvu that the nation is not divided. As you and the criminal suspects whose cause you are clearly supporting would like us to believe. You are better off leaving God and our president, HH, out of your blatant lies and nonsense. You can not be telling lies and evoking God in the same sentence. HH did not send the suspects in custody to go and commit the crime they are being held for. In fact, HH was the primary target of the plan those suspects are being held in lawful custody, so releasing them without due court process is endangering his life. So this will not happen.
You use the word “reconciliation” and “unity” and “release” as if these are the remedies for unrepentant career criminals. Nice try, but they are not. The very same criminal suspects together with their network of fugitive supporters are the ones who have been disseminating hatred and misinformation that has the potential to divide the nation. One of them JJ, has even documented himself on video repeatedly shouting demonic intentions to kill HH. Your appeal to release the criminal suspects appears to support these demonic intentions. Thank you for letting us know your allegiance.
The painful truth and the exposure of the truth via the court process is what will set the record straight. And unite the nation. Releasing unrepentant career criminals will only further divide the nation. We can only arrive at the truth, which includes the prosecution side of the narrative, by exhausting the required court process. There is nothing special about the treason suspects except them holding on to the misguided notion (which you yourself are advancing) that they should not be subjected to due court process. Hear me. They will MOST DEFINITELY be subjected to the required court process. If they are innocent, they will use the opportunity to clear their names.
