G6 Recalls Alleged $220,000 Deal With Late Brother Sir Wicknell

At his late brother Sir Wicknell Chivayo’s funeral, G6 reportedly shared an emotional account of a business deal dating back to 2015, claiming that Sir Wicknell convinced him to sell his cars to raise US$220,000 for a Gwanda solar project.

According to G6, Sir Wicknell told him that the project was close to being finalised and that they only needed funds to complete certain requirements. Trusting his brother, G6 said he sold most of his vehicles and managed to raise the US$220,000.

He recalled that less than two months later, Sir Wicknell woke him early in the morning with news that the deal had allegedly gone through and that US$5 million had been paid.

G6 said he was overjoyed, believing that he would receive the US$1 million share they had agreed upon and finally become a millionaire.

However, he claims things took a different turn. According to G6, Sir Wicknell became difficult to reach and stopped answering his calls. Meanwhile, he said he would see his brother on Facebook displaying expensive items, including shoes reportedly worth US$90,000, and travelling to the United States.

G6 said that when he eventually confronted his brother, he was allegedly told that the money had already been spent and that he could only be compensated with a vehicle valued at around US$400,000.

G6 described the experience as an example of Sir Wicknell’s aggressive business and “hustling” mentality, saying that, according to his account, even family members were not spared from his business tactics.
