Galatasaray Reject Tottenham’s €60m Bid for Osimhen
Galatasaray have reportedly turned down a €60 million offer from Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur for Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen.
According to a report by Daily Post, citing Polymarket Sports, Osimhen has emerged as one of the most sought-after forwards in the ongoing summer transfer window, with several clubs expressing interest following his impressive campaign in Turkey.
It remains unclear whether Tottenham will return with an improved bid before the transfer window closes as they continue their search for attacking reinforcements.
The Super Eagles star joined Galatasaray from Serie A club Napoli and played a key role in the team’s successful title defence, helping the Turkish giants secure consecutive Super Lig crowns last season.
The 27-year-old enjoyed an outstanding individual campaign, scoring 22 goals and registering eight assists in 33 appearances across all competitions.
Despite the growing transfer speculation, Osimhen remains with the Galatasaray squad and is currently involved in the club’s pre-season preparations ahead of the new campaign.
