HH WAS A FAILURE EVEN IN OPPOSITION, RICHARD KAPITA TELLS ZAMBIANS.
Former United Party for National Development (UPND) Vice President Richard Kapita has launched a scathing attack on President Hakainde Hichilema, alleging that he was ineffective even during his years in the opposition.
Kapita said he decided to leave the UPND after concluding that Hichilema was “a good talker” who failed to deliver on his promises.
He further claimed that he was surprised Zambians elected Hichilema as President, alleging that he had won support through promises that were not fulfilled.
Kapita also accused Hichilema of allegedly using misleading claims to rise to the presidency of the UPND before eventually becoming President of Zambia.
Speaking at a political gathering, Kapita alleged that Hichilema’s long tenure as leader of the UPND did not produce the type of leadership that inspired confidence among many Zambians.
“This is the person I left when I realized that he was only good at lying his way up. In UPND, he lied his way to the presidency by saying he was a rich person who could sustain the party. But I later learned that it was all lies. The man is not even rich. That is why he can’t declare his assets.”
He continued: “It did not end at party level. He went on to tell a lot of lies for Zambians to elect him President, but look at the deliverables. They are not inspiring at all. We need to change this government and put back a competent team of serious people.” he said.
At the time of publication, there had been no immediate response from the Presidency or the UPND regarding Kapita’s remarks.

The problem is that Zambia has a few of such !d!ots who think delivery is only when money enters their own pockets.

He is too embarrassed to learn that HH is a president. Addabbwa mudaala, he didn’t expect HH to rule.

Kaputa himself is a failure in his life the man has never done anything apart from joining one party to another party.
Honourable Richard Kapita, your allegations against President Hakainde Hichilema are not supported by the facts.
Following the passing of Anderson Kambela Mazoka, the UPND’s decision to entrust Hakainde Hichilema with leadership enabled the party to remain united and eventually form government. Throughout years of political persecution and criticism, he demonstrated resilience and remained focused on his objectives.
Since assuming office after the 2021 elections, the UPND government has made progress in implementing its manifesto. Notable achievements include settling significant arrears owed to retirees, restructuring Zambia’s external debt, resuming major infrastructure projects that had stalled, strengthening the rule of law, and improving service delivery in key sectors such as health, education, agriculture, mining, and social welfare.
While challenges remain, it is inaccurate to claim that President Hichilema lacks principles or has failed to deliver. The UPND government’s development agenda is long-term and continues to be implemented.
It is also worth noting that Honourable Richard Kapita left the UPND to join the PF, reportedly believing it offered better political prospects. Political choices are open to public scrutiny, but constructive debate should be based on facts rather than unsubstantiated claims.
The hate for HH is profound. Even where a toddler can see that HH has made steady progress, the so called mature politicians see otherwise.
WHY HAS ELECTORAL COMMISION OF ZAMBIA GONE TO SLEEP, THE RULES ARE VERY CLEAR ON THE ADOPTION CETIFICATE, ONE SHOULD HAVE A DULY SIGNED ADOPTION CERTIFICATE BY APPROVED OFFICE HOLDERS OF THE PARTY THEY ARE STANDING ON, SO IN THE CASE OF THOSE HAVING ADOPTION CERTIFICATES SIGNED BY MAKEBI ZULUS PARTY BUT STANDING ON MUNDUBILES PARTY, THEY HAVE TO BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED BECAUSE THE ADOPTION WAS DONE BY THE WRONG PARTY.
HH is a failure according ti Mr. Kapita. I don’t know what criteria he used to arrive at that strange conclusion. If he was a failure in opposition, how did he manage to win the state presidency, the ultimate prize?
And you Mr. Kapita joined the notorious and sinking PF! Extremely poor judgment on your part.
HH has excelled and has my vote locked.
How can you call an individual who held a party together for 15 years or so, a failure?How?It makes no sense to me.Ba PF under Lungu or Lubinda failed to stay United they were not even a year in opposition,they crambled.They looked organised because of government money,once in opposition the failed to stay together,totally failed.Then they blamed UPND for their failure.Ba Kapita you thought Lungu was going to win the 2021 election and you changed parties,we remember your wife braing beef thinking PF was gonna win.Alas Ba Kapita uwapitile ni HH.
This man is weak.
His wife went on social media roasting the entire leg of a cow which they bribed him with to resign from UPND. Today he would have been our vice president. Mungulu bweka bweka. I am glad his weakness was exposed. Zambia deserves better.
I am sure he is expecting or has already received ka samfing for him to be ranting like this.
