Zimbabwean President Emerson Mnangagwa says President Hakainde Hichilema’s resounding victory is testament of the faith and trust Zambians have in his astute leadership.
And President Hichilema has called for mindset change among Zambians and vowed to attack the ‘tantameni’ culture of handouts.
