HOW ELECTIONS ARE RIGGED: 2- WEEK HOLIDAY FOR INMATES ELECTORAL MALPRACTICE.
FOR the first time in history inmates have been awarded an electoral 2 week long holiday to visit their families by the PF Presidential candidate.
This has not happened but it has happened especially that last time he donated 2 cattle for the beef for inmates now it is holiday.
Noble as the gesture is it is electoral blackmail and ECZ must intervene in this circus, censure and reprimand the President.
President Lungu is abusing his powers to win the 16, 000 registered prison voters hosted in the 90 correctional facilities…

Lungu gives inmates 2-week long holidays
PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu has signed a law that will empower inmates with a two weeklong meaningful leave to visit their families.
And those sentenced to life can be given a licence to go out and with good behaviour, they can never return to correctional facilities.
The Corrections Service Act through the Commissioner General with advise from the Minister of Home Affairs will now allow any inmate to break off for two weeks to visit the family.
According to the Zambia Correctional Service Commissioner General Chisela Chileshe, the provision was in the previous Act but President Lungu enhanced it through the Constitutional Provision.
Dr Chileshe said such provisions could only exist where there was a conducive environment created by President Lungu who is a careful, responsible and loving Head of State.
Meanwhile, Dr. Chileshe assured life sentence convicts that there was hope because President Lungu signed another Act which had a provision for them to be released on a special licence away from a pardon.
He said the Zambia Correctional Service would recommend to President Lungu for a break when a life sentence inmate showed remorse, good behavior and was not a danger to society.
The Commissioner General stated that inmates would never return to correctional facilities if they behaved well.
Dr. Chileshe however, warned that unrepentant ones would go back to continue serving life sentences if they misbehaved.
