Yes the Minister then was Garry, an astitute friend of ECL. When ACC closed in on Mundubile, Local government officials connived to clean him off the Scandalous road contract which was not delivered.
Firstly, it’s illegal for a Sitting Minister to get a government contract. So Mundubile became a candidate of investigation by ACC way before he even thought of contesting. The only way he thought he would ran away from this scandal was to contest for presidency under hook and crook!
We won’t say much because the matter is active before ACC. But the question is, who are these local government officials who wanted to clean him? How did this revelation unmasked Mundubile!!
