I can’t bring dead bodies to Parley to prove hunger, Jay Jay tells Speaker
JAY Banda, the Independent legislator for Petauke yesterday told Speaker Nelly Mutti that he could not take dead bodies to Parliament as evidence of people who had died of hunger.
This was after Ms Mutti guided the Petauke MP that he should provide evidence that people had died in his constituency as a result of hunger.
Ba pfidiot mp, the Speaker didn’t say bring dead bodies as evidence. What if your constituents are dying from “ubuchende”, prostitution, unprotected sex? After all it is fact that Eastern Province has over the last 15yrs consistently had the highest number of teen pregnancies in the country?? Idiot mp!!!
